Over the month of April, I’ve reignited my love for cooking and so I’m back sharing a couple of recipes we’ve enjoyed.
I’m not reinventing the wheel with these recipes and these are tried and tested meals that are perfect weekday dinners.
Sundried tomato & red pepper pasta
This was a ‘throw everything into a pan and season’ dinner. I used up the odds and ends in the fridge with garlic, cajun spice, salt and pepper. Delicious.


Brocolli cheese gnocchi bake
I saw this recipe over on Becs Bites IG account and made a couple of little tweaks.
Blending tenderstem brocolli, cream cheese and creme fraiche with salt, pepper and onion granules makes the most delicious sauce for any kind of pasta. Give it a whirl!
