A weekend in Paris: The luggage edit

A weekend in Paris: The luggage edit

Last weekend I was lucky enough to one of the thousands who managed to snaffle tickets for the closing night at the Beyonce and Jay Z On the Run tour in Paris! And what better way to really enjoy the weekend than to head to the city of love for two days to take in the sights and enjoy a whistle-stop tour to the city with two girl friends with tow.

I think I’ll probably split this post out into two, but firstly I want to share with you my fantastic, and now favourite, piece of carry-on luggage I used this weekend. A couple of months ago a great company called, Bag 4 Flight got in touch on Twitter looking for bloggers to review their travel luggage and I thought the bag would be perfect, and I was right!

It arrived in a tiny bag which had me doubting the true size, but I needn’t have worried, the bag is a fantastic size and comes in a light blue colour with an extendable across the body strap.

Made from a canvas fabric, it is water-resistant, really flexible and a great purse-friendly price – perfect!

It was such a great size, fitted in the plane hold-all with ease and I could fit my shoulder bag inside too to meet with Jet2 and easyJet regulations. You can see next to my friend’s suitcase it is only a tad smaller and I didn’t have to scrimp on clothes!

Which, moves us on nicely…The weather was gorgeous across the weekend so I decided to pack for comfort with a bit of style thrown in for good measure! Cami tops, slouchy boyfriend jeans and my jumpsuit were perfect for the hot days and cooler evenings, accessorised with jewellery, natch.

My cami tops are from Matalan and at just £6 and £8 respectively, they are great to throw on for the ultimate smart/casual outfit.
